The ride will begin at St. Cloud City Hall (400 Second Street South) and will conclude at River’s Edge Park in Waite Park. A number of community leaders including Mayors Dave Kleis and Tim O’Driscoll have confirmed participation along with Stearns County Commissioner Mark Sakry. BLEND, the Nordic Ski Club of Central Minnesota and the Trauma Outreach Program at St. Cloud Hospital are partnering in support of this community event to raise awareness of bicycle and pedestrian activities in Central Minnesota. We are also pleased to announce that Gold Cross Ambulance will be handing out Dairy Queen coupons to kids wearing helmets.
The Mayors’ Bike Ride kicks off Bike Walk Week which is June 5th – 11th. In addition, the Caramel Roll Bike Ride (Saturday, June 12th) caps off this week of activities!
HOP Fit Club Members if we had mandatory events to attend this would be one of them. Please show up to this ride if you can and wear your colors.

Everyone, just a reminder the Tech shirts are in and available for pick-up at Pac Wok Downtown St. Cloud. We’re sorry but we were only able to get the tech shirts in. This means the jersey’s are still coming. Thank you for patience. If you would lke to purchase a tech shirt please let us know what size and who you are in the comments. The cost is $11. We’ll be in touch of how to get it to you on Friday or the morning of the race.
With Earth Day happening this weekend we won’t be having our planned team ride.
Please enjoy the nice April weather and go cheer on all who are running on Saturday and celebrate with everyone at the party afterwards.
HOP Fit Team rides will resume Saturday April 24th at 10am.
Thank you and here’s well wishes to everyone running.

Due to the potential for rain and chilly weather this coming Saturday morning we’re going to start the ride at 3pm from Williams Integracare and then we’ll roll down the street to pick up other riders who need their latte or scone fix at one of our newest sponsors, Liquid Assets.
Remember this ride is for all abilities and fitness levels. We’ll decide where and how far we’ll ride on Saturday. I’m going to assume we’ll ride around 30 miles and try to keep out of the wind as much as possible. If anyone else wants to ride more during or after the ride they can break off at that time.
Hope to see you all this Saturday at 3pm at Williams Integracare or Liquid Assets!
Cheers

Hello, House of Pizza Fit Club members! Welcome to the 2010 year. This year, our goal is to increase the number of people who’ll be able to make it to our weekend group ride. So we’re going to try something different.. Instead of having a Sunday ride we’re going to move our ride to Saturday mornings at 9:30am starting April 10th. We’re also changing up our meeting place. Again we’ll be starting our rides at Williams Integracare at 9:30, but then we roll down the street to pick up other riders who need their coffee fix at one of our newest sponsors, Liquid Assets.
