We’ve been having some great runs on Tuesday evenings.  They’re pretty relaxed runs.  We’re averaging about 9:15 minute miles and buy hermes cuff have been going about 4 miles as a group. Some people are buy hermes cuff running more after the first loop.

We hope more members can start coming with the nice weather.  Anyone is welcome to join us even if you’re not a member.

We meet at Williams Integracare at 5:30pm on Tuesdays.
